Service-Specific Terms
GoesAI service-specific terms and restrictions for each model service.
Overview
These Service-Specific Terms contain supplemental terms applicable to specific services and form part of your agreement with GoesAI. If there is a conflict between the Terms and Service-Specific Terms, the Service-Specific Terms control for the relevant service.
Third-Party Models
GoesAI provides aggregated access to multiple AI model providers. Customer acknowledges and agrees: • Claude models are subject to Anthropic's Usage Policy and Terms • GPT models are subject to OpenAI's Usage Policy and Terms • Google Gemini models follow Google Cloud Terms of Service • Image generation models have additional content moderation policies • Other open-source models follow their respective model licenses Changes, suspensions, terminations, model deprecations or pricing adjustments by third-party model providers may affect Customer's use of the Services.
Beta Services
GoesAI may offer services in pre-release, testing or similar trial form ("Beta Services"). Beta Services are not intended for production use and are provided temporarily on an "as-is" basis. GoesAI is not responsible for Customer's use of or reliance on Beta Services.
API Usage Limits
• Rate limits: Customer must comply with GoesAI's API call rate limits • Quotas: Customer's usage must not exceed allocated quotas • Caching: Customer may cache responses but must comply with caching policies • Monitoring: GoesAI reserves the right to monitor API usage
Data Retention
• GoesAI does not use Customer requests or outputs for model training • API request logs are retained for 30 days for billing audit and troubleshooting • Logs beyond the retention period are automatically deleted • After termination, Customer data will be handled per Data Processing Terms
Service Level
GoesAI is committed to providing high-availability services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance, and technical support is provided based on Customer's plan. GoesAI may update these Service-Specific Terms from time to time, with significant changes communicated to Customer in advance.
